By accessing or using PDF Cleaning ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

PDF Cleaning provides an online service that extracts and cleans text from PDF documents using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. The Service processes PDF files uploaded by users and returns cleaned, extracted text.

User Accounts

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDF CLEANING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDF Cleaning, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you may delete it through your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PDF Cleaning operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
